Our service is specially designed for customers who have been rejected for merchant accounts due to poor/adverse credit. It enables existing or new, start-up businesses to accept credit and debit cards by phone, over the internet and for mail order. You can even use this service if you have a retail or service business where customers are physically present and where you need a chip-and-pin terminal.

We can assist customers with the application procedures, and accounts are generally set up within one to two weeks. If you require a chip-and-pin machine, this will be suplied directly by them for you to use. If you need to integrate with a website, this is also supported.
How much does it cost?
We charge a fee for preparing the case and submitting it to one of our providers for underwriting. There is also usually a set-up or application charge for the service, typically £75-150. New businesses (i.e. trading less than one year) will usually have to pay six months facility fees upfront to the merchant account provider.
