Fees payable on completion, minimum fee £1500 maximum fee 2.5% of loan amount. Written quotations available. Think carefully before securing debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or on any other debts secured on it.

Overall cost for comparison is 8.0% APR (variable), actual rate depends on individual circumstances. A fee is paid on completion (typically £1750) and can be added to the amount borrowed. Paying off short term debt such as loans/credit cards with a mortgage could mean the initial repayments may be lower but the total overall cost could be greater over the longer term.
